Terms of service
Prices and VAT
Prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT. Visits outside central Israel carry an extra travel fee.
Estimates from photos
We estimate the cost from photos. We agree the final amount, scope of work and visit after checking the item’s size, material and condition.
Payment after the work
We clean at your home and do not take the item away. You check the result and pay the agreed amount after the work.
What we do not promise
We do not promise that every stain will come out or name an exact drying time in advance: the result depends on the material, the age of the stain and previous treatments. A WhatsApp message alone does not mean that we have accepted the order.
